Description: The Femsoft® Insert is a disposable, one-time use product for women, which is inserted into the urethra to prevent unintentional urine leakage. The FemSoft® Insert is a narrow silicone tube entirely encased in a soft, thin, mineral oil-filled sleeve. The sleeve forms a balloon at the internal tip, creating a seal at the bladder neck. The insert must be removed in order to urinate and replaced with a new insert afterwards. A disposable applicator is used for insertion. The FemSoft® Insert is only available by prescription and requires an evaluation by a health care provider trained in the use of the FemSoft® Insert.
