Description: The purpose of the Safe-T Mate® Under-seat Wheelchair Fall Monitoring System is to alert a caregiver when a resident at risk for falling has left a wheelchair. It consists of a sensor, which is mounted under the seat of the chair and an alarm unit. The sensor is built for repeated use, eliminating the need for limited use sensor pads. The under-seat unit is adjustable to fit any width wheelchair and is compatible for use with seat cushions. The detachable alarm box features an on/off switch and a 95 db horn. A 9-volt battery and installation instructions are included. The under-seat unit is guaranteed for life from manufacturing defects.
