This site focuses on technologies that can be used in residential care settings such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, board and care facilities, day care facilities, and continuing care retirement communities. Initial product-searching centered on four care issues; additional care issues will be added in the future. Technology product information was obtained through literature, Internet searches, long-term care buyer's guides, and by speaking with technology manufacturers and vendors at various conferences.
